Tishman Speyer announced that it has signed a 58,000 square foot lease with Ipsos, the world’s third largest market research firm, at Franklin in Chicago’s West Loop.
Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the Franklin is considered one of Chicago’s most significant architectural properties. The complex consists of two connected buildings at 222 West Adams Street and 227 West Monroe Street totaling nearly 2.5 million square feet, making it one of the largest and most distinctive Class A commercial offices in the city.
Ipsos will occupy the 11th floor, which spans the two towers of the property, in May 2022. The firm moves from 222 South Riverside,
Ipsos will benefit from a number of equipment and major capital improvements that were completed before the pandemic. These include the upscale Rustle + Roux cafe which has seven kitchens offering culinary offerings; Studio, an inspiring shared workspace offering flexible offices and suites; a renovated state-of-the-art conference center with a capacity of 300; a full-service on-site fitness center; an exclusive full bar and an R29 event venue; L44 Sky Lobby and venue; and a modernized lobby with a 30 foot high light installation by renowned artist Leo Villareal. Additionally, employees will have access to Tishman Speyer ZO’s popular suite of lifestyle, convenience and amenity services.
